Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Shifts: 06:00–14:00 (30?min paid break) / 09:30–18:00 (30?min unpaid break)
Alternate Saturdays: 06:00–12:00
Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter, LGV Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in Willenhall. You will carry out diagnostics, servicing, inspections, and repairs on HGVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities (HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter)

  • Service, maintain, and repair HGVs, LGVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment

  • Complete inspections, service sheets, and compliance paperwork accurately

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment

  • Work closely with the wider team and communicate with customers when required

  • Follow manufacturer procedures and apply ongoing technical training

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter, LGV Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician

  • Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds or 3+ years’ industry experience

  • Strong diagnostic and fault?finding skills

  • Professional, reliable, and safety?focused

  • Driving licence preferred (car or HGV)
