Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 (weekly rotating)
Breaks: 30?minute paid break daily

We are recruiting an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter, LGV Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy, modern workshop in Lutterworth. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HGVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles in line with UK legislation and manufacturer standards, while accessing ongoing technical training to support your development.

Key Responsibilities (HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter)

  • Service, repair, and maintain HGVs, LGVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools

  • Complete inspections, repair sheets, and compliance paperwork

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop

  • Liaise with customers and wider teams when required

  • Apply technical updates and training to ensure quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter, LGV Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician

  • Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds or 3+ years’ industry experience

  • Strong diagnostic and problem?solving ability

  • Reliable, professional, and safety?focused approach

  • Driving licence preferred (car or HGV)
