Key Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator

  • Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner

  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all warranty transactions

  • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warranty issues

  • Assist with resolving warranty disputes and provide support throughout the claims process

  • Use internal systems to manage data and documentation

  • Generate reports on claims and performance metrics

  • Ensure all warranty activity complies with company policies and procedures
