Key Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator
Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all warranty transactions
Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warranty issues
Assist with resolving warranty disputes and provide support throughout the claims process
Use internal systems to manage data and documentation
Generate reports on claims and performance metrics
Ensure all warranty activity complies with company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications for a Warranty Administrator
Essential
Strong clerical and administrative skills

Desirable
