Mobile Trailer Technician
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £44,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week (Days)
Job Type: Permanent
Van: Fully equipped van provided (technician supplies own tools)
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Trailer Technician, Mobile HGV Technician, Trailer Fitter, HGV Mechanic, or Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy mobile service operation covering Willenhall and surrounding areas. This role involves carrying out mobile servicing, repairs, and breakdown support on trailers and commercial vehicles directly at customer sites.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys working independently, problem?solving on the job, and delivering high?quality support to customers.
Key Responsibilities (Mobile Trailer Technician / Mobile HGV Technician / Trailer Fitter)
Carry out inspections, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers and commercial vehicles at customer locations
Complete roadside or on?site repairs safely, professionally, and efficiently
Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical faults
Maintain accurate job documentation and service reports
Communicate clearly with customers and internal support teams
Ensure all work meets industry and compliance standards
Represent the mobile service team with professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Mobile Trailer Technician, Mobile HGV Technician, Trailer Fitter, HGV Mechanic, or Commercial Vehicle Technician
Mechanical experience with trailers, HGVs, or similar equipment
Strong diagnostic and problem?solving skills
Ability to work independently on mobile jobs
Full UK driving licence
Reliable, customer?focused, and safety?minded
