Location: Eastern Region (Base: Dunstable, Reading, or West Thurrock)
Salary: Competitive basic plus bonus, OTE circa £80,000

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Van Sales Manager to lead our Eastern Region sales team. Covering areas including Felixstowe, Grays, Kent, Reading, and Dunstable, you will oversee regional sales operations, implement strategies, maintain client relationships, and drive team performance to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Sell van products and service agreements in line with regional sales targets
Maintain and develop key account relationships
Prospect for new business and nurture existing customers
Attend customer meetings alongside the sales team to support deal closure
Implement marketing campaigns with marketing colleagues
Appraise commercial deals to ensure profitability and mitigate risk
Manage regional Van Sales P&L and relevant balance sheet positions
Represent the region at key internal and external meetings
Team Management
Ensure the sales team uses the CRM system effectively to maximise opportunities
Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports across the region
Set regional sales targets and objectives for the team
Ensure compliance with sales processes for operational efficiency
Develop and manage commission schemes in conjunction with the Sales Director
Essential Requirements
Formal management and leadership training
Proven track record running successful sales operations in the Commercial Vehicle industry
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams
Good understanding of the Light Commercial Vehicle retail business
Formal sales training qualifications
