Sales Development Representative

Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid 3 days in the office
Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm – Permanent

We’re looking for a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s Channel Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in converting marketing-generated leads into high-quality sales opportunities, while working closely with both Marketing and Sales to build and maintain a strong pipeline.

This role would suit someone who enjoys relationship building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to progress their career within sales and technology.

A day in the life of a Sales Development Representative:

  • 2–3 years’ proven experience in lead generation, sales development, inside sales, or a sales-focused role

  • Experience within Information Technology (desirable)

  • Experience within the Cyber Security sector (highly advantageous)

  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM

  • A good understanding of IT, Information Security and/or Cybersecurity

  • Knowledge of SDR and lead development best practices
