Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Location: Waterlooville
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.00pm (40 hours per week) Fixed Term Maternity Cover
Tru Talent is excited to offer a role for a Quality and Compliance Officer / Lead System Administrator. This position supports the delivery of quality and compliance across the group, managing internal systems, analysing key data, and helping teams improve service delivery.
Responsibilities of the Quality and Compliance Officer:
Support the Quality & Compliance Manager in delivering the company-wide audit programme, ensuring timely completion of action plans.
Conduct audits in line with the audit schedule and as directed by the Quality & Compliance Manager.
Build effective working relationships across all departments and sites.
Work with Heads of Department to implement quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Collect, analyse, and report data to support service delivery.
Undertake surveys and research projects as required.
Support teams and systems in monitoring and enhancing service quality.
Assist the Quality & Compliance Manager with data analysis to identify trends and reduce incidents.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and evidence of compliance.
Prepare reports as needed, including high-level summaries for Operations and Governance.
Ensure effective use of compliance systems, including providing or arranging staff training.
Support the Quality & Compliance Assistant in delivering their responsibilities when required
Needed for the role of the Quality and Compliance Officer:
Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
Follow all Cornerstone and local policies, procedures, and contribute to discussions on service improvements.
Seek guidance from senior colleagues on matters beyond your remit.
