HGV Technician - Early Shifts
Location: Tamworth
Hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:30
Pay: £50,000–£55,000 per year
Job Type: Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join a well established commercial vehicle workshop in Tamworth. The Role:
• Service and repair HGVs and commercial vehicles to DVSA/manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment
• Complete job cards and service documentation accurately
• Work with the parts department to ensure correct parts are supplied
• Maintain high workshop standards and support a positive team culture
• Keep up to date with training and industry developments
The Requirements:
• Experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / LGV Technician
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Class 1/2 licence & IRTEC desirable
