HGV Technician

Location: Caerphilly
Hours: Split shifts 06:00–14:30 & 13:30–22:00, every other Saturday
Pay: £19 per hour, overtime paid at 1.5x for Saturdays

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Caerphilly. This role offers a structured working environment, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities while working on a wide range of HGVs and commercial vehicles.

The Role:
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
• Maintain accurate workshop records and service documentation
• Follow health and safety guidelines and support team efficiency

The Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician
• Level 3 HGV qualification or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
