Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating Shifts – Week 1: 07:00–15:30 | Week 2: 15:30–00:00)

We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or HGV Fitter to join a well-established and busy workshop in Basingstoke. Key Responsibilities of an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Service and repair HGVs to high industry standards
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
Complete repairs accurately and within set timescales
Support a productive and efficient workshop environment
Accurately document all work carried out
Engage in training to stay current with latest vehicle technologies
Skills and Qualifications for an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Essential
Proven experience as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Desirable
HGV Class 1 licence
Positive, proactive attitude
Team player with good communication skills
