We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Trailer Technician to join our Hull team. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing trailers, keeping the fleet safe and road-ready. Key Responsibilities of a Trailer Technician / HGV Trailer Mechanic / Fleet Technician

  • Carry out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers

  • Work closely with a supportive, hands-on team

  • Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards

  • Maintain accurate workshop and fleet documentation

  • Deliver high standards of quality and efficiency in all tasks

Skills and Qualifications for a Trailer Technician / HGV Trailer Mechanic / Fleet Technician

Essential

  • Mechanical experience with trailers, HGVs, or similar vehicles

  • Proactive mindset and sense of ownership in your work

  • Ability to work well within a team environment

Desirable

  • Experience as an HGV Technician, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Plant Technician, or Diesel Mechanic

  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
