Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time Permanent

We’re looking for a skilled HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, or HGV Fitter to join our team in Coatbridge. Whether you’re experienced with trailers or an all-rounder, this is your chance to join a company that truly values your work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As an HGV Technician, you’ll inspect, service, and repair trailers to the highest safety and compliance standards

  • Diagnose faults using EBS systems like WABCO, HALDEX, and KNORR BREMSE

  • Accurately complete all service and compliance documentation

  • Keep your skills sharp through continuous training – vital for every HGV Mechanic

  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment while following all Health & Safety procedures

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach

What We’re Looking For:

  • We want motivated HGV Technicians, HGV Fitters, or HGV Mechanics who take pride in their work and thrive in a hands-on environment.

Essential:

  • Experience working on semi-trailers or HGVs

  • Industry-recognised qualifications – City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent

Desirable:

  • HGV Class 1 licence

  • IRTEC certification

  • EBS diagnostics experience (WABCO, Haldex, Knorr-Bremse)

  • Welding certification

  • Experience with tail lifts and double-deck trailers
